We train sysadmin teams to resolve incidents faster, maintain consistent configurations, and stop relying on a single point of knowledge. CPD accredited.

We focus on infrastructure operations. Networking, database administration, and application development are outside our scope — we'll refer you if that's what you need.
Proactive monitoring design, SLA management, and failover testing. Your team learns to spot trouble before it reaches production, and to respond with tested procedures when it does. No more 3 a.m. guesswork.
Access controls, VPN alternatives, identity verification, and endpoint policies. We help your sysadmins build and enforce security frameworks that work for distributed teams — without creating friction for end users.
Runbook creation, escalation workflows, post-mortem frameworks, and MTTR reduction. We train your team to resolve incidents methodically rather than heroically, and to learn from every outage.
Baseline enforcement, change tracking, and automated compliance checks. Your team learns to maintain consistent environments, catch unauthorised changes early, and prove compliance when auditors come knocking.
A company with 30 sysadmins saves roughly £47,000 per year in reduced incident costs after completing our programme. That figure accounts for fewer escalations, faster resolution times, and less unplanned overtime.
“Our mean time to resolution dropped by 38% within three months of completing the incident management programme. The runbook templates alone were worth the investment.”
James Hartley, Head of Infrastructure, Meridian Financial Group“Crossfield's training gave our team a common language and a shared set of procedures. Before, every sysadmin had their own way of doing things. Now we actually have consistency. One small gripe — invoice processing was slower than expected, but the training itself was first-rate.”
Priya Chakraborty, IT Operations Manager, Beacon Health Trust“We sent 14 staff through the configuration management course. Six months later, our compliance audit pass rate went from 71% to 94%. The programme paid for itself within the first quarter.”

Yes. We deliver training at our Birmingham facility, at your premises anywhere in the UK, or remotely via live sessions. On-site delivery requires a minimum of six participants. Travel costs outside the West Midlands are quoted separately.
Every participant receives 90 days of follow-up support via email. This includes help applying the frameworks to real incidents, reviewing runbooks your team creates, and answering questions that arise during implementation. After 90 days, ongoing support is available as a separate engagement.
“The best investment we've made in our operations team in five years. No exaggeration.”David Llewellyn, CTO, Ashford Logistics
